The only thing you will need that's not in this package is 10 oz boxing gloves. Message us for advice on these :) .
As for sizes, we'll get you measured up at the Dojo and order any items that we haven't already got in stock.
Delivery can take up to 3 weeks and pick-up will be at the Dojo. These items can not be delivered to your home.
