Question 1
Where does all the merch come from?

Answer 1
Our merch isn't made in-house any more. We now use a drop shipping company that deals with everything apart from the design work and website design. The merchandise can come from all around the World, however we try our best to deal with items that come from Europe only.

Question 2
How long does shipping take?

Answer 2
This depends on where the product is coming from, however we can expect anything from 7 days to 14 days. You will see the shipping details at checkout for reference. 

Question 3
How do returns work? 

Answer 3
This shouldn't be an issue, however, we do not deal with this in-house, this will be dealt with supplier for convenience. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Please always check sizes via the size graphs before ordering, maybe even ask others if they have ordered before hand so to get an idea on what you need, thank you.

I haven't had any notifications?

Please make sure you use a working email. Sometimes your work email will bounce notifications so please use a personal email, preferably the email you use in conjunction with Paragons services.

Will there be more designs coming? 

Answer 5

Yes :D. As time goes by, we'll have plenty of choice, limited editions, for all occasions, all seasons, all under this one roof, so keep your eyes peeled!

Question 6 

My order should be here by now!? What should I do?

Answer 6

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise! If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbour's, get in touch with us at our paragon email.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.

Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odour you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
