1. Paragon ( me, Coach ) don't deal with refunds. We do not make the prints in house anymore and so we need to be very careful when making purchases as some these complications are out of our hands now and are shipped directly from the manufactures. 

2. Before purchasing, PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK, sizes via the size charts and / or ask others within Paragon to see if they have bought the item you would like yet so that you can get a better idea.

3. AFTER PURCHASE. Please take great care when washing your items for the first times. Ink may run through clothing if you don't follow guidelines and / or if yo wash lots of items together etc, I know, because I did it lol. Again ,we can't refund in house and you can't get a refund in general if you washed the clothes wrongly. Please take great care and follow any labels and washing professional guidance.
